Spring Tulip Subscription
Let’s celebrate the return of spring with a subscription of Lakefield-grown tulips! After a long cold winter, there’s nothing that will brighten your spirits and make your home or business feel more alive again than a bouquet of the freshest local blooms!
This year Meadow Forge is offering a 3 week tulip subscription, which includes 3 wrapped tulip bouquets (with vase given at first pickup). Bouquets will consist of a combination of the fanciest single, double, and peony type tulips.
Typically our tulips arrive late April-early May, so you will be contacted regarding pickups about a week in advance of when the tulips will be ready.

Pickups will be at the farm in rural Lakefield on Tuesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 9am and 6pm in the subscription shed.
Final pickup details will be sent via email prior to the start of the tulip season.
